Honoring Appointments and Respecting Each Others' Time
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
For all services, full payment or a 50% deposit for packages of three or more sessions is required at the time of scheduling. This secures your appointment and helps us maintain a reliable schedule for all clients. Please review our Cancellation/Refund Policy for details.
APPOINTMENT:
Please arrive on-time or 5 minutes prior to the scheduled session. More than 5 minutes “late” or after the scheduled session time will be reported as “missed.”
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
Stuff happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, there will be no additional fee if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. For cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $50 fee will be charged per occurrence. Please note that no refunds will be provided for missed sessions or ‘no-shows’, and any session or package payments will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to honoring your scheduled appointments.
PACKAGE DISCOUNTS:
Hypnosis Session Packages
Packages of three or more hypnosis sessions include a discounted rate of $300 per session.
A typical recommendation is a package of six hypnosis sessions for optimal results.
Coaching Session Packages
Packages of three or more coaching sessions include a discounted rate of $185 per session.
Please note that all packages expire six months from the date of the last session, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
